Corporate brochure to promote premium facilities

The brief
Q1 Resort and Spa in Gold Coast, Australia offers elite and exclusive apartments that boast magnificent views and state of the art facilities for both leisure and business. The task is to design a business-like brochure to promote its offering reflecting the minimalist style and showcasing apartment plans.

The insight
The resort markets its premium services with a tagline "Where urban chic meets the beach". With it's exclusivity, location and the bird's eye view, it is really where the sun, the sea, metal and the clouds meet.

The solution
The design concept draws on this relationship representing the four elements in abstract shapes. The brochure uses duotone images and typography to create a more premium look and feel. Print: 8 pages, size A4.

Role: art direction, layout, typography, print setup.
